We changed the Custom Tabs to celebrate the CBS Radio Boston Cluster Change in Boston: WBCN/WBMX/WBZ-FM

They shut WTVJ's 87.7 durning the Afternoon hours of June 12th

As of August 12, 2009 @ 12:05 AM, WBCN is gone after 41 years of being "The Rock of Boston". Toucher & Rich moved to the new WBZ-FM / WBZ-HD1 / Boston "98.5 The Sports Hub" which now carries the New England Patriots (from WBCN) & the Boston Bruins (from WBZ-AM). Jack Hardy who used to be on WBCN will now have a weekend spot @ 98.5 The Sports Hub. Meanwhile, MIX 98.5 moves to 104.1 & becomes MIX 104.1 & all of the programming & hosts move to the new dial as well. 98.5 The Sports Hub debuted August 13, 2009 @ 1:00 PM ET. (Patriots' first day of Preseason Football) 98.5 The Sports Hub carries the affiliation of Sporting News Radio. Also, WBCN "The Rock of Boston" moves to 98.5 FM-HD2. So, here's the breakdown:

• 104.1 WBCN -> WBCN @ 98.5 FM-HD2
• MIX 98.5 -> MIX 104.1
• 98.5 The Sports Hub debuts as a new station

Oh, did I also mention there were other changes @ other CBS Radio stations in Boston?:

• WBZ 1030 on WODS (103.3 FM-HD3) -> WBZ 1030 on WBZ-FM (98.5 FM-HD3)
• Free Form 104 (104.1 FM-HD3) -> Free Form BCN (100.7 FM-HD3)
• Indie 104 (from WBCN) signed off for good

Not all. In Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, we have NBC 6 on 87.7. Local 6 (CBS) in Orlando is on 87.7 FM
